Teaching Short form, Chi Kung, Push hands, Applications for health and self-defence and Weapons. Beginners welcome anytime. £5 per session, after first 2 sessions payment is made in 4 week blocks(£20).
6.30-8pm,Thursday evenings, St Padarns School Hall, Llanbadarn Road, Aberystwyth. Please call before attending as occasionally venue changes.
